Device authorization is required, and there are three types of authorization: Free Authorization, Cloud Authorization, and Local Authorization:

  1. Free Authorization: After registration, users become free members and can obtain free authorization for one device, allowing direct use or testing. However, free members have limited storage capacity and features. To access the full functionality, users can upgrade to VIP standard membership by purchasing any online device authorization.
  2. Cloud Authorization: Online authorization is the recommended method, providing full functionality, including all features of local authorization. It supports online content delivery, comprehensive device management, and all available features.
  3. Local Authorization: Local authorization is suitable for private deployments, intranet connections, or USB content delivery. Online content delivery is not supported, meaning all content is stored on the user's own device and can be used without external network access, similar to standalone software.
  • When a device is no longer in use, cloud authorization can be unbound or revoked from the device and returned to the user's account. It can then be bound to another device. However, returned authorizations no longer support local authorization functionality.
  • Once local authorization is granted to a device, it cannot be returned. If the management server address is changed, you can directly rebind the device or use the device's export and import functions to transfer the authorization to the new management server.
